Difference Makers: T-Shirt Club Policy

1. Subscription Overview: Welcome to the Difference Makers T-Shirt Club! As a valued subscriber, you’ll receive exclusive access to a new, curated t-shirt color each month at a 20% discount.

If you join after the featured t-shirt for the month has been shipped, you will receive a random in-stock color for your first order. Your subscription will then provide the monthly featured t-shirt starting the following month. 

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay an initial and recurring monthly fee and accept responsibility for all charges until cancellation. The initial fee will be displayed before purchase, and the recurring fee is subject to change over time. If the price changes, you will be notified 30 days in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, following the terms outlined in our cancellation policy.

2. Exclusive Perks: Besides receiving a special discount, subscribers enjoy a variety of exclusive benefits, including early access to limited-edition designs, surprise rewards, entry into giveaways, and more.

3. Subscription Management: Manage your subscription easily through our customer portal, where you can update preferences, change your plan, or cancel your subscription.

3. Subscription Plans: We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly Plan: $20 per month (excluding shipping and taxes)

4. Billing and Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards.
  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are charged on the 1st of each month.
  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, ensuring uninterrupted access to your exclusive t-shirt drops—unless canceled beforehand.
  • Important Note: If you subscribe on the 30th or 31st, you will still be billed again on the 1st of the following month as part of our standard billing cycle.
  • Failed Payments: If payment is not received on the 1st of the month, we will attempt to process it up to three times. If payment remains unpaid, your subscription may be suspended, and future shipments may be delayed or canceled until the balance is resolved.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Schedule: Custom t-shirts are made to order and will be shipped once production is complete.
  • Delivery Time: Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Standard Shipping: $7.99 (Available within the state of Connecticut only)
    • Free Pickup: Offered at select locations

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: You may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Changes must be made at least 14 days before your billing date to avoid charges for that month.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for shipped t-shirts. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery to request a replacement.

7. Size and Style Preferences

  • Size Selection: Choose your preferred t-shirt size during checkout. You can update your size selection anytime in your account settings.
  • Style Preferences: Every month, we create a unique t-shirt that reflects the heart of our Club—where leadership, respect, and service are more than just words; they’re a way of life. These shirts are designed to spark individuality and unity, proudly featuring our bold Boys & Girls Club logo alongside seasonal colors and meaningful artwork that highlight the spirit of our Difference Makers. While we consider your preferences, each design is a celebration of self-expression, personal growth, and the values that shape strong, compassionate leaders. Every drop is a badge of honor for Difference Makers—more than just what you wear, it’s what you represent.
