Shipment processing times
Retail orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. Custom orders take 1 to 3 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. We offer free shipping on all orders over $200.

Domestic delivery delays can occasionally occur.
How do I check the status of my order?
- Domestic Shipping: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@theofficialtmp.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please make sure you enter a valid street address.
Damages
We are not liable for any items that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged and believe it occurred while in transit to you, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Before making a claim, make sure you save all package materials and damaged goods.
If your ordered item arrives damaged in any way and you have already submitted a claim with the shipment carrier, please contact us at support@theofficialtmp.com with your order number, a photo of the item's condition, and a detailed description of the damage. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. When you return an item, you are responsible for the shipping fees and restocking fees involved with the return. We will refund the purchase price of your returned item, minus shipping costs (if applicable), return shipping, and a 10% restocking fee, for items returned for reasons other than defects, damages, or getting the wrong item.Â

Shipping Protection Policy
Introduction
At TMP: Custom T-shirts & Apparel, we understand the importance of ensuring that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition. To provide peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive Shipping Protection Plan powered by Captain Insure that covers your orders against loss, theft, and damage during transit.
Coverage
Our Shipping Protection Plan includes the following:
- Loss: If your package is lost in transit, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.
- Theft: If your package is stolen after delivery, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.
- Damage: If your item arrives damaged, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for shipping protection, customers must:
- Opt-in for the Shipping Protection Plan at the time of purchase.
- Report any issues within 14 days of the expected delivery date for lost or stolen packages.
- Report any damage within 7 days of receiving the package.
How to submit a claim:
If you paid for shipping protection, please follow these steps to file a claim:
Contact Us: Please send an email to our customer service team at support@theofficialtmp.com with your order number and details of the issue. What to include in your initial email:
- Subject line: "Shipping Protection Claim for order <insert order number>." Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email.
- Description of issue.
- Photo evidence of damage, if applicable.
- Any other useful information that supports your claim.
Resolution: Our team will review your claim and provide a resolution within 7 business days. This may include a replacement item or a full refund back to the method of payment on file. We will continue to track your package. Should it appear, we will ask that the package be shipped back to us at our expense.
Exclusions
The Shipping Protection Plan does not cover:
- Packages delayed in transit. When our customer service team is aware of delays due to weather or carrier logistics problems, we reserve the right to classify these packages as ‘delayed’ rather than lost.
- Missing packages or packages returned to sender due to the incorrect or insufficient address information provided at checkout when the order was placed.
- Items that are delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.Â
- Packages that are marked as delivered but are not received (unless theft is proven).
- Damage resulting from the customer's improper handling of the item after delivery.
- Issues not reported within the specified time frame (e.g., 14 days for lost or stolen packages, 7 days for damaged items).
- Orders where the customer did not opt-in for the shipping protection plan at the time of purchase.
- Items returned without prior authorization from the company.
- Claims found to be fraudulent or made with the intent to deceive.
- Orders that have already been replaced or refunded under the Shipping Protection Plan. If a package is replaced and there are further shipping issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Amendments
TMP: Custom T-shirts & Apparel reserves the right to amend this Shipping Protection Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via email or our website.
Terms and Conditions:
- The Shipping Protection Plan is optional, but by opting out of shipping protection, we will not be liable for lost packages, including packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier, but not received.
- Packages will not be reshipped, nor refunds given in the event that packages are lost or damaged during transit, and no protection was purchased.
- We reserve the right to classify your package as delayed if there are known delays in your area.
- We reserve the right to deny claims due to insurance fraud and/or abuse.
- Shipping protection is non-refundable.
- Shipping protection cannot be canceled after an order has shipped.
- Products that have multiple pieces packaged together will be replaced/refunded on a case-by-case basis.
