Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with TMP: Custom T-shirts & Apparel! We offer a 14-day return policy for any purchases made through our website, which means you can request a return 14 days after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please write an email to support@theofficialtmp.com, indicating the reason for your return. If your return request is accepted, we will send you an email with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Non-returnable Items
There are certain items that are non-returnable, such as custom apparel, including special orders or personalized items. We are also unable to accept returns on items that are on sale or gift cards.

Exchanges, Damaged, or Defective Items
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as defects, damages, receiving the incorrect item, or if you would like a different size, please reach out to us at support@theofficialtmp.com within 14 days of receiving your order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will guide you through the process of returning the item. Once we receive the item, we will promptly send out a replacement, if one is in stock. If a replacement is not available, we will gladly refund the full purchase price of your item. We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item reported more than 14 days after the delivery date.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you will be promptly refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund. When you return an item, you are responsible for the shipping fees and restocking fees involved with the return. We will refund the purchase price of your returned item, minus shipping costs (if applicable), return shipping, and a 10% restocking fee, for items returned for reasons other than defects, damages, or getting the wrong item.
